As someone said, I think the sentence just specifies a name convention.
I think the way of discovering a remote's principal identifier is an
implementation issue. When KINK refering rfc2401bis, PAD would contains a
remote's principal ID. But PAD is ambigous. Anyway it is finally an
implementation issue.
We can care the U2U case in this section with the issue #3.
I think we can close this issue.
